(a) Autofiller is developed by Guanyu Yan (“Autofiller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your right to privacy and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.

(c) No human at Google or Autofiller reviews your documents. The process is fully automated.
(d) AI processing currently takes place in the United States region via Google Vertex AI.

(a) Account and project data is stored on Supabase servers, transmitted securely over HTTPS.
(b) Local preferences are stored in your browser using Chrome’s storage API.
(c) Your uploaded documents and extracted data are retained in your account until you delete them.
(d) If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
(e) Document content sent to Google Vertex AI for processing is not retained after processing is complete.

(b) You can delete your account and all associated data directly through the extension’s settings at any time.
(c) You can delete individual projects and their data at any time through the extension.

(a) Our service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

(d) The developer is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of auto-filled data.
(e) Autofiller is not a substitute for professional judgment.
